now i am a junior student, and i like studying, my not best in our class, but i still think i am a good student. my teacher think also!
can you imagine how difficult i will, when i meet a problem in english, and i am not perfect one in my class, i do not like english at the very beginning for i know nothing about english which is only task from school and my parents, i am not good boy at that time.
but, you know, i am really want learn something now, i want keep up with the so-called mainstream, i want to be a good student. can you imagine how difficult when i face the simple english, i just know nothing. however, in this most difficult and key moment , english teacher ms x come to me, she understand me i suppose, she pay much more time in this english poor level boy, i want to say thank you my teacher.
now i am not good yet in english, but i am keep going, believe me!
我是刚刚工作才3年的年轻教师， 当我走进我工作生活的校园，不禁让我想起我还是学生的时候，想到我曾经待过的校园，那是孩子们的“乐园”。孩子们在这里成长，在这里学习，在这里交友，在这里锻炼。这里处处洋溢着孩子们的欢声笑语，满载着孩子们童年的幸福时光。现在我站在三里墩小学的校园里，心里感慨万千，校园是我们的第二个家。它像火红的太阳照耀着我们，像春天的雨水滋润着我们。让我们无时无刻不忘自己肩上的重任。我想对这所百年老校说一声：“我爱你，校园”。
我爱校园迷人的景色。今年我们搬进崭新的校园，在我的眼里，校园的天总是那么蓝，校园的云总是那么白，蓝天白云之间放飞着我儿时的梦想，同时也放飞着我学生们的梦想。漫步校园，“厚德感恩，择善而行”这醒目的校训，时刻印在我们每一个人的心中。没错，这就是我们学校的办学理念。向后走一个操场就呈现在我们眼前，操场的一边有两个篮球架，它们就像卫兵一样，不怕苦不怕累，日夜守护着我们的校园，操场南边有几棵桂花树，金秋十月，丹桂飘香，令人神清气爽。操场的东边就是神圣的升旗台，鲜艳的五星红旗飘扬在升旗台的旗杆上，显得那么安详。每逢星期一，全校师生便来到操场，参加庄严的升旗仪式。
我爱校园多彩的生活。上课了，朗朗的读书声伴着老师的淳淳教导，孩子们尽情地在知识的海洋里遨游。一声铃响，校园立刻喧闹起来。孩子们奔跑嬉戏着，满脸汗水满脸笑容像小鸟一样自由欢畅。校园中秋诗歌朗诵比赛，同学们个个激动不已。国际跳棋，舞蹈，美术各类兴趣小组丰富着孩子们各方面素质。周末艺校为孩子搭建了有一个学习平台。一只只小燕子慢慢地羽翼丰满起来。
我更爱校园浓浓的师生情。“学生就是自己的孩子”老师的心里这么想着。“老师就是我的父母”学生的心里这么想着。在我们的学校，几乎全是外来务工子女的学校，这平淡的两句话真切的说出了师生间的情谊。这个孩子在家学习没人管，老师就利用课间帮助孩子理解知识，牺牲自己休息的时间。那个孩子生病了，老师抱着就送孩子上医院治疗。那个孩子放学了，家长工作忙不能及时来接孩子，老师领着孩子来到身边，指导孩子完成作业等等的事件让我感受到学校处处传递着爱，老师爱学生，学生爱老师。
我爱我的校园，让我们将“爱”传递，以最饱满的热情投入到工作中，为美丽的校园贡献自己的力量。
尊敬的各位评委、亲爱的同事们：
大家晚上好!
今天我演讲的题目是《在教育行走中追逐梦想》。
许多年前我曾经在自己的一篇文章中这样写道：我是一个永远在路上的苦行僧，我要为自己的梦想筚路蓝缕，一路前行。现在，为了这个梦，一个教育的梦，我从黄土高原一个贫穷闭塞的山沟沟——山西吕梁来到了风景秀美的伟人故里湘潭，度过了我人生中最宝贵最充实的大学四年，然后又满怀憧憬从“莲城”来到素有“小温州”之称的邵东，一路走来，一路梦想，一路坎坷，一路欢歌，我用自己坚定的步伐在教书育人这条漫漫征程上迈开了自己的第一步。
来到邵东一中，从踏上三尺讲台的第一刻起，我就告诉自己，我的梦想要在这里点燃，我的生命之帆要在这里启航，我的精彩人生要在这里演绎!在有些人眼里，做一名教师是职业，可在我看来，教师就是我值得为之奋斗终身的事业，我要为这份我所深爱的事业探索不息，奋斗不止。
从教一年来，我一直用三句话激励自己，鞭策自己。完善自己。
第一句话是著名教育家欧阳代娜说的：“教育是爱的事业，用爱才能点燃学生的心灵”。我深深地爱着我的每一个学生，从踏上讲台的第一天起，在与学生们一双双渴求知识的眼神相碰撞的那一刻起，我就从心底产生了对这些小弟弟小妹妹的爱，我告诉我的学生，老师愿意成为你们的朋友，成为你们成长道路上的知心大哥。学生上课玩手机，我没有当面进行批评，而是在课后动之以情，晓之以理，以一个朋友的身份真诚地与他交流;一个学生与妈妈闹情绪，上课不好好听讲，我找到他，用自己苦难的身世告诉他及时行孝是多么的可贵，每天醒来能够叫一声妈妈是多么的幸福;学生早恋了，我以一个大哥哥的身份倾听学生对感情的看法，耐心地引导他们在感情的道路上要慢慢走，小心走;每次考试结束后，我都会找到相关的学生谈心，帮助他们分析考试失败的原因，点燃他们的希望。就这样，我真诚的爱我的每一个学生，也换来了学生对我的爱，20xx年2月19日，是我在邵东一中过的第一个生日，学生们给我送来了一份特殊的礼物，一个写满全班同学祝福的小册子，里面满是真诚的话语，他们说，老师，是您真诚的爱，让我们感受到作为您的学生的幸福。可是，我却要说：能够爱我的学生，我也很幸福!
第二句话是语文特级教师李镇西说的：“你不能够把课上得精彩，但至少你要把背下来”，就是这句话指导我在教学业务上如何步步为营，扎扎实实。是的，不登上讲台，永远不知道做老师的难，作为一个年轻的教师，我深知自己还有许多的不足，要想把课上好，必须花上比别人多得多的功夫。在平时的备课中，我研读教材，勤查资料，尽力做到一丝不苟，精益求精。“把教案背下来”，用自信的姿态面对学生，让学生在我的从容自信的讲授中享受知识的润泽。为了培养学生良好的学习习惯，我精心组织教学环节，我的“三分钟课前演讲+两分钟接龙”的教学组织形式得到了学生的普遍欢迎，极大地提高了学生学习语文的兴趣，学生的考试成绩更是稳居前三。
第三句话是我自己写给自己的话：“做一个科研型的教师，做一个专家型的教师”。一位哲人曾经说过，当你选择了天空，你就会成为翱翔天空的雄鹰;当你选择了大海，你就会成为乘风破浪的帆船。教书匠——教师——教育家，是一个教师成长的三种不同境界，而我，要选择天空和大海!用我一生的努力去书写自己无悔的青春。在从教的日子里，我不断思索着自己的教学，在不断思索中总结，在思索与总结中书写，针对高中生作文难的问题，我结合自己多年来的写作经验，总结了一套简单易行又符合教育规律的作文方法“赋、比、兴、绘”四步作文法，并在作文教学中进行实践，文章在华中师范大学主办的《文学教育》杂志上发表;针对教学困境，我摸索出“意象”教学的方法，论文《意象在诗歌教学中的作用》一文在广西师范大学《阅读与写作》杂志发表;针对教学，我的论文《浅谈如何运用散文形象美对学生进行感染》在《教育研究与评论》杂志发表;不仅如此，我还广泛阅读，勤写教研心得，论文《浅论传播致效理论对语文教学效果评价体系的启示》和《易中天口才艺术对课堂语言艺术的启示》两篇文章分别在《教书育人》和《语文教学通讯》杂志发表，并收到了读者的来信，信中对我的文章给予了高度的评价。繁忙的教学之余，我没有忘记读书充电，我深深的知道，一个好老师，一个优秀的语文教师，只有不断的读书学习才能成长进步，才能为自己的未来发展搭建好坚实的平台，我在读书和写作中寻找灵感，不断为自己的教学补充新鲜的血液，在广泛的涉略中启示自己的教学，在广泛的爱好中充实自己的生活，书法之路迄今走过了20xx年，目前正在筹备纪念建国六十周年个人书法展;我也热爱写作，一直笔耕不辍，第二本个人作品集即将付梓，另外我还荣幸地担任了我校文学社的常任指导教师。
教育之路，是百年树人的事业，漫漫长路，我始终心怀感恩，我要感谢我苦难的父母给了我生命，给了我踏实做人，自强奋斗的品质;我要感谢一路走来鼓励和支持我的恩师们;我更要感谢一中的领导和老师们，在我遭受人生重大打击的时候给予我的温暖和关怀。我的内心始终充盈着一种感动，千言万语只能汇成一句话：谢谢你们，我的亲人，我的朋友，我的领导，我的学生们!
我坚信，有了你们的爱，我的脚步迈得更加有力，我的人生之路越走越宽阔!

大家好!今天我们齐聚一堂，我们即将奔赴战场。此时此刻，让我想起了前天看的电视剧康熙王朝，讲到施琅即将出兵攻打中国台湾，出发前，命所有的士兵大声呐喊，要喊出气势，这还不曾发炮，就要在气势上压倒敌人——中国台湾的郑经。那么，大家说，施琅要的是什么?
好，精气神。那么，今天，我们要的是什么?对，依然是，精气神。那你能同我一起呐喊吗?好，来来来。我们要喊出我们桥中人的气魄，展现出桥中高三人的精气神：我们，我们是同一战壕的勇士; 我们，我们是桥中的骄傲!
今天，在这个庄严而又难忘的时刻，作为一线教师，面对全体同学，面对学校、年级的领导，我们庄严承诺——我们全体教师仍将会一如既往地踏实工作;我们会刻苦钻研，耐心辅导，通力合作，随时关注高考动态，采集高考最新信息，不漏掉每一个问题，不放弃你们中的任何一个人。请你们记住，在这87天里，我们全体教师将时刻与你们同在，以最优秀的教学质量、最无私的投入、最真挚的情感与你们同舟共济!永远做你们最坚强、最可信赖的后盾! 同学们，你知道吗?我的喜悦来自哪里?对，你们的改变!当你们真正地做到了“静下心，坐得住，潜心学习”的时候，那是我最快乐的时候。20xx年2月27日，正月初九，我们开始上课了，我满怀信心地步入我的课堂，踏上三尺讲台——在我的内心，这就是我的殿堂，我的舞台。可当我讲得兴趣正浓时，有些同学嘻嘻哈哈的表情、左顾右盼的寻找他的目标的时候，我的心很是纠结，Duang的一下：是我讲得不好，亦或是你全然没有大战在即的意识?下课了，我在沉思，自己哪里备课不够充分，我到底该如何改进?我到底该如何真正地吸引你的注意力——哪怕只有20分钟?自习课上，当我一次又一次地把你从睡梦中死死地拽出来的时候，我又一次陷入沉思中，我知道了，原来真的是你，自己把自己丢弃!是你，放弃了自己!曾经的你，踏入桥中时，信誓旦旦，你的豪言壮到底去了哪里?曾经的你，稳坐桌前，潜心读书，我到底还能再次看到这种场景吗?你们说，能不能? ( 能!)是啊，在这短短的87天里，我们仍对你充满期待，期待你的改变!你的改变，我们铭记于心。
那一天，我看到了这样一个场景：高三4班，一个还曾在上学期的课堂上，东张西望，“左右逢源”的大男孩，今天，静静地坐在课桌旁，认认真真地读完型填空，很负责任的写下了一个又一个答案;自习课上，我再也没有见到他“只看不动笔”的情形，相反，他边思索边计算，他就是高三(4)班的吴胜旭;我这还有一个他，他不喜欢英语，更不喜欢我这个英语老师，这是我的感觉，前几天，他居然拿出了英文词典，逐个查阅单词，我笑了，笑得好甜好美，在心底乐开了花!他就是陈兴。同学们!我要告诉你的就是你点点滴滴的改变真的能带给我们无限的快乐!我坚信，在这87天里，我们一定能收获满满的幸福与快乐!
同学们，在你的身边，我的眼前，有许许多多桥中人的骄傲：有锲而不舍，永不放弃的李子闯、卢学文、刘晓彤、赵胤、李帅、陈俊瑶、蔡梦颖、马艺书;还有抓紧一切时间，全心投入到学习中的刘丹阳、夏朝阳、王天赐、周建、杨世光、贾丽娜、付宇成、孙颖、候峥;他们，他们就是我们的榜样!我们的榜样，就在身边，就在眼前!所以，我要说，只要你想，只要你脚踏实地地去做，奇迹就会发生!我相信，你们87天无悔的付出一定能带来奇迹!
20xx年3月9日，也就是前天周一的晚自习值班，离下课还有两分钟，我抬头往下环顾，一秒、两秒、三秒……一个小男孩看了我一眼，又快速地低下了头;一秒、两秒、三秒……又有一个大男孩看了我一眼，也低下了头。除此之外，无一人抬头，大家仍埋头看书写字。同学们，你知道我要说什么吗!我要说，这就是我们想要看到的学习氛围“静下心，坐得住，潜心学习”。
这，就是我们桥中人想要的氛围;这就是我们桥中人想要的改变!一个又一个的改变，一个又一个的高三勇士，你们真真的是我们的亲学生，所以我要问： 亲，你准备好了吗?(准备好了)

When I spent much of my time preparing for my lessons, trying my best to make my lessons vivid and interesting, the teaching effect and feedback was not that I had expected.
Moreover, when I was willing and eager to teach them all that I’ve learned, their abilities of English were still mediocre.
I was looking for the reasons.
And I was always asking myself: Am I good and successful? How can I be good and successful?
There were of course many complicated reasons and factors.
And in my opinion, whether I am good or not, includes many factors such as my knowledge, my personality, my quality, my methods, teaching art and so on.
Absolutely, to be a good and successful English teacher is not an easy job.
I need to have an excellent command of English myself to make my students appreciate me and enjoy my class.
I need to have the abilities to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and environment for the students’ study.
I have to adopt efficient and various teaching methods to my students’ level.
I need to develop my teaching art and skills.
I should make full of each student’s ability and always encourage them to give them confidence.
Therefore, “Live and learn” and “never too old to learn” have been the mottos I’ve adopted.
I must improve my own abilities and skills of teaching, to keep up with the rapid development of our information age and society.
Is that enough for me to be good and successful now? No, that’s far from enough.
In spite of all the above aspects of good teaching is the primary and the most important requirement: love teaching and love my students.
I’ve learned to be the students’ teacher, their elder sister, their friend, their mother and so on.
I show my care and love for them.
Whenever they are in trouble, being sick, feeling blue or in a bad mood, I am the person that will try to take care of them, talk with them or try to help them balance themselves in good condition.
I respect and trust them.
When they fall in love with sb.
, quarrel with friends, cannot get along well with parents, etc.
I’ll analyze the pros and cons, the advantages and disadvantages, and give them some opinions or suggestions.
I sympathize with and understand them.
When they break the rules or do something wrong carelessly, I will help them out of trouble instead of scolding them.
I am always strict with them and also place high and enthusiastic hopes on them to make them be strict with themselves and be confident of themselves.
Everyone needs love.
Love is one of the most magical and wonderful feelings in the world.
Teachers’ love for their students can make the impossible become possible.
The love can change the disvalued into valued.
The love can win the students’ love and respect in return.
The love can motive the students to work hard.
The love can promote the students to better and better in many ways.
The love can make the students open their heart to let us know what they are doing, what they are thinking about and how they are feeling.
